The certified thermal water from a depth of 810 metres is perfectly suitable for treating locomotor diseases. This was proved by test baths, 72 % of the subjects experienced positive effects even 3 months after the treatment. According to preliminary investigations, the thermal water of Paks, which contains 14 thousand mg/l mineral salt is suitable for allaying gynaecological problems and skin problems (e.g. psoriasis) as well.

There are two large pools, one pool for underwater extension and one corrective gymnastic therapy pool in the Thermal Bath and Health Center of Paks, and there are individul tub treatments. In up-to-date consulting rooms specialists are waiting for patients. Many treatments are available, for example physiotherapy, medical massages, corrective gymnastic therapy, galvanic and mud treatment. Services of the center can be used by everyone.
